Say it. It's logged.
“Mina”, “my baby” or “the baby” all work as the trigger, so the phrases sound like something you'd actually say at 3 AM, whatever your child is called. Siri answers back with her name so you know it landed. Nothing to set up.
Everything a first month throws at you
Bottle, nursing, pumping, diapers, sleep, notes, growth, medicine, tummy time, bath and temperature. Each one a tap, a widget button, or a sentence. Every entry can be fixed afterwards.
Knows what's next
Learns her feeding rhythm and shows the next feed before she asks for it, plus the nap window for her age.
Today's goals
Feeds, wet and dirty diapers, sleep and the gap since the last feed, with targets for her age and rings that know what time it is. A Sunday digest tells you how the week went.
A real feed alarm
Rings through silent mode and Focus, re-arms itself after every feed, snoozes ten minutes. Stopping it never logs a feed; the app asks “Did she eat?” instead.
Who's on tonight
Tap “I'm on” and only your phone rings and gets alerts. Hand off with one tap, or set a nightly schedule both phones follow.
Widgets that do things
Home Screen buttons for the last bottle amount, pee, poop and sleep. Lock-screen glances for time since the last feed.
Calendar and trends
A month at a glance, then 14 days of charts: ounces, sleep, longest night stretch, diapers. One tap makes a PDF for the pediatrician.
What to expect, by age
Feeding, diapers, sleep, growth, milestones, checkups and when to call the doctor, from day one to month four. Tap a milestone when she does it.
Both parents in the loop
“Mom fed Mina: 4 oz bottle at 2:15 PM” lands on the other phone, so nobody has to ask.
Twins, siblings, grandparents
Any number of babies, each with its own log and sharing. Any number of caregivers on a share, each by name.
Nursing timer
Tap the side she starts on (it suggests the one she didn't finish on), switch sides mid-feed, stop. Pumping gets its own button.
Look back on anything
History lists every entry ever, searchable and filtered by feeds, diapers, sleep, health or notes. Jump to any month on the calendar.
Ask, on-device
“Is she eating enough for her age?” answered by Apple's on-device model from her own log, by voice if you like, read aloud if you like. Nothing leaves the phone.
Yours to keep
Export every entry to a file any time, import it anywhere. Open source, MIT licensed.
Private by construction
There is no Mina server. Nothing about your baby leaves Apple's iCloud, and only the people you invite can see it.
- No account, sign-up, email or phone number.
- No analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
- No ads, no third-party SDKs, no network calls except iCloud (and Nanit, only if you connect it).
- Data is stored on your phone and in your iCloud private database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
